I am adopting a laissez-faire leadership style as half of my team-members have been working in the company for more than 10 years. With minimum supervision, I am devoting most of my time to financial reporting and analytical support to the BD and operation team.

As a HR professional with over 15 years of experience across different industries, my passion for HR has never waned. To me, this is not just a job but a lifelong career.

In the company, I’m impressed with how our leaders manage resources like manpower allocation, storage capacity and transportation services, while striving to meet customers’ requirements. We have also established close working relationships across different teams and everyone has a role to play.
